John has held senior management roles in both Investment banking and Executive search firms. Early in his career, John as a partner at Hoare Govette, established the firms operations in the US. John then took on the role as Managing Director of Global Securities at Morgan Grenfell and moved from their to senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Lyonnaise. John transitioned into executive search as a partner at Berwick Group and handled the sale to Odger Berndston. Today John  is Chairman of Harmann & Co and is on the investment committee at London Wall Partners.

John Spent 35 years with magic circle law firm Allen & Overy where he served as world wide managing partner. John Has been Director of British Aerospace and Brixton Estates. As a litigating partner and manager partner of Allen & Overy John has spent his career analysing big business strategy and helping some of the largest companies in the world to succeed and flourish.   

Peter is a former UK Managing Director of McKinsey & Company the management consulting firm where he focused on consumer goods over his 29 year career. Peter has held positions on the global board of Pepsi Co., was Deputy Chairman of P&O. Peter has served as Transport Chairman of London First and has served as a board member of the Oxford Said Business School.
