STEP 1: We meet with the prospective entrepreneur in a discovery session to learn about the business, the founder, the challenges facing the company and how we might be of help
STEP 2: If we move ahead we will then present what we see as the key issues and at a very top level a strategy for overcoming these issues and challenges and then how we can be of help.
We then agree between us and the founder(s) a plan of action
STEP 3: We then meet on an regular basis over the course of a year to review/work/plan and update on the business and how we can offer help and support and help the founder and his team to stay on course and on track with the plan
